ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Akshay Dilip Patil, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 336/2022, registered with Chopda City Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Section 3/25, 7/25 of Arms Act and Sessions Case No.84/2022 pending before the Sessions Court, Amalner on the conditions that :-
