Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor fairly concedes that except for the month of July, the entire record is in order and the card holders have acknowledged receipt of scheduled commodities, which were distributed through the fair price shop run by the applicant. 3.
So far as the issue about July is concerned, it is claimed by the applicant that the quota for the said month was not released in his favour. 4.
In view of above, further custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, as he has produced the entire record before the investigating agency. In view thereof, ad interim protection granted by this Court on 14th January, 2016, is confirmed.

The applicant undertakes to appear before the Investigating Officer, in case of any assistance required in the investigation and he is served with a notice of 48 hours in advance.

The applicant shall furnish his address and mobile number to the Investigating Officer.
