FINAL ORDER :- .

Mr. Gunale, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 submits that the proposal was already submitted on 07.10.2017 to respondent No.2 seeking correction in the order of approval. The petitioner was appointed as an Assistant Teacher, however, in absence of instructions, was shown as Shikshan Sevak. According to respondent No.2, the said proposal has not been received by the Office of respondent No.2.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 3.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall submit a fresh proposal / copy of the proposal submitted earlier, seeking correction in the order of approval, to respondent No.2 within three weeks 4.

On receipt of the proposal, Respondent No.2-Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within three (03) months.
