Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while filling in the form for admission to the engineering course, some error corped up because of that the name of the petitioner did not appear in CAP round-I. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner may be permitted to participate in CAP round-II.

The application filed on record shows the date 09.01.2021. The schedule of the admission process is displayed. The applications were invited from 09.12.2020 to 30.12.2020 upto 11.59 P.M. The E-

962-wp-665-21 scrutiny was also provided upto 31.12.2020. Thereafter, the date was fixed for submission of grievances and correction upto 04.01.2021. The provisional list was displayed on 06.01.2021. 3.

The application form placed on record shows that for the first time petitioner filled in the application on 09.01.2021. 4.

As the application itself was not filled within th19/e stipulated period, no further order can be passed in favour of the petitioner. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
