We have briefly heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

The issue is as regards the appointment of ASHA Worker, which is Accredited Social Health Activist. The appointment of the petitioner is cancelled. The person, who is appointed in her place is not arrayed as a respondent. 3.

The grievance is that the person who is appointed, does not belong to the village Dhondkheda Choka, Taluka and District Aurangabad and being an outsider, proper health assistance is not being given in the village. It is further submitted

*2* 917wp2277o21 that the representations dated 20.02.2020, 05.11.2020 and 11.12.2020 are pending with the Zilla Parishad. 4.

Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Zilla Parishad to consider the representation dated 20.02.2020 on it's own merits and decide the same, on or before 31.05.2022. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the grievance voiced by the petitioner.
