Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGP for respondents/State. None appears for the respondents/claimants.

Applicants are seeking condonation of delay in preferring appeals which are not contested by the claimants. For the reasons stated in the applications, it is desirable to condone the delay. It is brought to my notice that applicants are enable to comply the earlier orders of depositing the amount. She prays for further time to deposit the amount. Delay stands condoned on condition that applicants to deposit the amount as ordered by this Court within extended period. 3.

Civil applications for delay are allowed.

Learned AGPs waive service of notice for respondents/State.

Call for Record and Proceedings from the concerned Court.

Parties shall be at liberty to file relevant papers, if any. In Civil Applications for Stay 8.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks further time for depositing the amount.

As a last indulgence, time is extended by four (4) weeks for depositing the amount with accrued interest. If the amount is not deposited within the extended period, ad-interim relief granted earlier shall stand vacated automatically without reference to the Court.

Needless to state that, till then, ad-interim relief shall continue.
