This is yet another case, wherein, the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad Latur - Shri Nagesh Mapari, has considered a complaint filed by a stranger and has rejected the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner. 2.

The learned AGP submits on instructions that this order would be recalled and the proposal would be considered on it's own merits. 3.

In view of the above, the order dated 18.12.2023 stands set aside as recalled. The proposal of the Petitioner is restored, to be considered by the said authority on it's on merits, after due verification of the official record.

The Writ Petition stands disposed off.
