We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The petitioner has already approached the State Government against the order of the Joint Registrar, dismissing his appeal. As the petitioner has already approached respondent No.1, we need not dilate upon the same issue in the present writ petition. The petitioner shall prosecute this revision (page 29) with respondent No. 1.

The respondent No.1 shall endeavour to decide the same revision expeditiously after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of six weeks on its own merits.
