Mr. Kale, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner was initially transferred at the place where the school was closed down. Thereafter, the other transfer orders are issued. The petitioner is not paid salary from July - 2016 to April - 2017.

Mr. Nangare, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given an application with the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive

In case, the application of the petitioner (Exhibit - G, Page No. 21) is pending with respondent no. 1, then the respondent no. 1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (2) months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
