ORDER :

Both previous applications of the present applicants were rejected by this Court on merits. The learned counsels for the applicants in both the proceedings submitted that they are interested in early hearing of the matter. It appears that they came to be arrested in June 2014 and the chargesheet came to be filed on 8.8.2014. Submission was made that even charge is not framed by the Trial Court.

In view of these circumstances, a direction is given
Cri. Appln. No. 589/15 & Anr.
to the Trial Court to dispose of the case within four months from the date of receipt of this order. Applicants are expected to cooperate the Trial Court. If the case is not disposed of within four months from the date of receipt of this order by the Trial Court, there is liberty given to the applicants to come to this Court again. Both applications disposed of.
