The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition. However, liberty to file similar petition/application in the sessions court in case any exigency arises in future may be granted. 2.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such, with liberty as prayed for.
