Leave to correct the middle name of deceased appellant as "Rangrao" instead of "Rangnath" in title clause as well as in prayer clause (B).

Heard rival submissions. The applicants being the legal heirs of original sole appellant Bapusaheb Rangrao Deshmukh are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 227 days. Bapusaheb has died on 27.02.2021. As such, considering the right to sue the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The amendment be carried out within stipulated period. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed.
