Present Writ Petition arises out of order dated 15th September, 2017 passed below Exhibit-148 in Regular Civil Suit No. 311 of 2005, whereby application filed by the Petitioner for impleading herself as party in the suit had been rejected. 2.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner places on record copy of order dated 23rd January, 2023 passed in RCS No. 311 of 2005, whereby the suit itself has been decided by the Trial Court. 3.

Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition. Therefore, Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
