Learned counsel Mr. Y.B. Bolkar submits that he has filed vakalatnama in the office for respondent No.2 in place of Mr. A.B. Girase, Advocate. Office to note. 3.

It is an admitted fact that in pursuance of the order, search warrants from time to time are issued. However, those could not be executed, as according to the serving officer, the minor was not found at the place as pleaded in the petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in the present writ petition. The same is, therefore, disposed of.
