Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking withdrawal of entire compensation amount which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body. The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that the learned Reference Court has granted ten times more compensation as that of SLAO. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the 50% of the deposited amount along with the proportionate interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (J.) of this Court. The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R.in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till disposal of the appeal. 2.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
