The Petitioner shall file an additional affidavit to state as to whether he is married, he has children, what was the job that he had when he got married, the quantum of pension received by the widow and the service benefits received by her after the father of the Petitioner passed away on 29/10/2014.

Let such additional affidavit be filed on or before 15/03/2023.

The learned Advocate Mr. P. S. Patil has caused appearance on behalf of the sole Respondent. 4.

Place this Petition in the urgent admissions category on 20/03/2023."

We are informed fairly by the Petitioner that his mother is drawing Rs.56,000/- p.m. as a pension. The Petitioner, who lost his father on 29.10.2014, got married in 2017. He now has two children. He is working as a Marketing Officer with an Agricultural Company in Nandurbar.

We find that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd and Ors. v. Anushree KB (2022) SCC Online SC 1331 and State of West Bengal vs. Debabrata Tiwari and others, 2023 SCC OnLine SC 219.
