By the directions in paragraph No.7 in order dated 23.6.2017, the petitioners were directed to appear before Tahsildar, Sengaon 28.6.2017 at 3.00 pm and submit written notes of submissions. Contention is that the Tahsildar did not commence the hearing in the matter. When called upon to show the copy of the written notes of arguments dated 28.6.2017, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not have a copy. When called upon to state whether he tendered an application along with the written notes to the inward section, he submits that the petitioners have not so done. 2.

Learned AGP submits that before this Court passed the order on 23.6.2017, the Tahisldar has already decided the proceedings by order dated 22.5.2017.
