Mr Yeramwar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submitted before this Court that the petition was filed with a grievance of non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, whereby the respondent Scrutiny Committee was directed to decide the caste claim/tribe claim of the petitioner. Post filing the petition, the caste claim/tribe claim is decided by the Scrutiny Committee and as such, the grievance raised in the petition no more survives. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
