The learned counsel submits that petitioners have filed applications for issuance of caste certificates with respondent no.2 in the year 2019, the same are not yet decided by respondent no.2.

In case, applications filed by petitioners for issuance of caste certificates are pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
