Parties to the second appeal have arrived at compromise whereby the suit property in Regular Civil Suit No 135/1982 is agreed to be distributed between them as per the terms of compromise. Both sides seek decree in Regular Civil Suit No. 135/1982 in terms of the compromise.

The Registrar (Judicial) has verifed the signatories as well as has explained the contents of compromise to the executants. Having regard to the nature of the suit, there is no impediment in accepting compromise and passing decree in terms of compromise.

Hence, second appeal is allowed. Impugned judgments and decrees are set aside by consent. Regular Civil Suit No. 135/1982 stands decreed in terms of compromise. Parties to bear their own cost.
