Considering that the prayer put forth by the petitioner is simplicitor seeking renewal of his passport, when all the respondents are from the places beyond the territorial limits of the jurisdiction of this bench as determined by Chapter XXXI of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, when not even a part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial limits of the jurisdiction of this bench, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a petition before the Principal Seat of the High Court at Mumbai.
