Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the non applicants. By way of this application, the petitioner seeks appointment on the basis of seniority on the post which stood vacant due to superannuation of Smt. Usha Lihinar. In fact, the writ petition is also for the same relief. 2.
Mr. Advant, the learned counsel states that the school where the petitioner was working was unrecognized and unaided school and the same is also closed down. The learned counsel for the applicant in the alternate submits that the petition be fixed for final hearing.

In the light of above fact, civil application stands disposed. Fix the writ petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 21.9.2015.
