According to the petitioner, he is not permitted to join the services since 2006 onwards and he has made a complaint in that regard to the Regional Deputy Director, Social Welfare, Latur.

It would be open for the petitioner to pursue the complaint presented by him. No interference is called for. Keeping the option of the petitioner open, to avail of the remedies available in law, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
