1] The present Civil Application is filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the time was lost in collecting the papers to file the Civil Revision Application. The applicant was required to arrange expenses to file the Civil Revision Application before this Court. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is working in Police Department and was engaged in his daily routine duties. The applicant was entrusted with the duties to maintain law

1268.23CA and order situation in view of the Winter Assembly Session. Thus, he could not file the present Civil Revision Application immediately. Irreparable loss would be caused to the applicant, if the delay is not condoned. The learned counsel for the applicant therefore submits that considering the above facts, the present Civil Application may be allowed.

3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of.

4] List the Civil Revision Application on 12th July, 2023 in the fresh admission category.
