In the present civil application permission is sought to permit burial of dead bodies of the Christian community.

Mr. Bedre, learned counsel submits that the Assistant Director, Town Planning, Ahmednagar has communicated that 1H 20R land has been earmarked for burial of the dead bodies of Christian community and Resolution is also passed to give the said land to the Christian community for burial of dead bodies and that they do not have any objection to permit the burial of the dead bodies of the Christian community.
