The Writ Petition was dismissed as the Counsel appearing for the petitioner was not present.

The grievance is made in the Writ Petition that the amount is not being paid to the petitioner by the concerned Clerk of the Tahsil at Newasa. In the Writ Petition, affidavit was filed by the Sub-Divisional

(2) C. A. No. 8404 of 2013 Officer, Shrirampur, stating that from time to time payment has been made to the petitioner and the petitioner has also signed. It is also stated in the affidavit that the said Clerk Shri Tandale is suspended. 4.
