DATE : 2nd February, 2017 ORAL ORDER Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, upon instructions, gives an undertaking that the applicant shall surrender before the Investigating Officer within a period of eight days from today. 2.

The aforesaid undertaking is accepted. In view thereof, in the event of the applicant, in connection with C.R. No.223 of 2016, registered with City Police Station, Udgir, Tq. Udgir, Dist. Latur, for offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 109, 114, 188 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on ad interim bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.5,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 3.

Needless to state, the ad interim protection shall cease to operate after expiry of period of eight days from today.
