Heard. This application is for condonation of delay of 174 days cased in filing the cross objection.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. The learned AGP waives service for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and Mr. Navandar waives service for respondent No. 2.

The learned advocate for the respondent opposes the application vehemently.

Considering that the delay is of only 174 days, the main appeal is admitted and for the reasons stated in the application, this court is inclined to allow the application. Hence, the application is allowed. Delay stands condoned. Office to register the cross objection. Application stands disposed of.
