It is submitted that the tribe claim is pending consideration with the committee. The petitioner has appeared for the final year of the Engineering course, but the result is not declared. 2.

It is submitted that the steps were also taken by the committee for conducting the vigilance.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 26.04.2021. The committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not be withhold the result of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not issue degree certificate to the petitioner unless and until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding of the petitioner. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
