By this Civil Application, the applicant Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "B.

The applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Circulatory Resolution dated 05.01.2023 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for purchasing 3000 quintal Pure Cow Ghee by Swiss Challenge Method and in the interim to purchase Pure Cow Ghee from the earlier supplier Radhe Dairy for 500 Qtls."

We have perused the order of this Court dated 09.03.2020 delivered in Civil Application No.3008/2020 and 3009/2020 in PIL No.120/2019. We have also perused the detailed remarks dated 05.01.2023

( 2 ) 910 ca 476.23 set out by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar who is the Chairperson of the Ad-hoc committee which is presently managing the Shri Sai Baba Sansthan Trust Shirdi.

Having been convinced of the said remarks in the light of the order of this Court dated 09.03.2020, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
