Respondent no.9 has expired and she is survived by legal representatives, who are already on record i.e. respondent nos.6, 7 and 8.

Therefore, taking into consideration this fact that the legal representatives are already on record, the consequent amendment is allowed to be carried out.

By this application, the applicant intends to correct the name of respondent no.10. The surname has been wrongly given in Civil Application No.13221 of 2019 which is fled by the present applicant. Taking into consideration the typographical mistake that is allowed to be corrected, correction be made

After correction is made, fresh notice be issued to respondent no.10 on the corrected name and address, returnable on 26.02.2021. Hamdast allowed.
