The applicant is Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust Shirdi. The prayer put forth in this civil application is that 50% payment of the electricity bills, as per the order of the Member Secretary, Consumer Redressal Forum of the Electricity Board, dated 24.8.2022 has already been paid and the ex-post facto permission is sought in terms of Resolution No. 529, dated 27.9.2022.
