We have perused the resolutions passed by circulation mode by the Ad-hoc committee and more specifically, the remarks of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge who is the Chairperson of the Ad-hoc committee. Taking into account the contents of the resolution, the procedure followed which is verified and confirmed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
