The Petitioners are challenging order of issuance of process, without availing the remedy of Criminal Revision Application under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that is equivalent to Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy. 3.
