The learned Advocate for the applicant/original petitioner submits with regret that the description of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in the writ petition was defective. By this civil application, he prays for liberty to correct their description in the writ petition and further prays that the judgment of this Court dated 19.07.2022 be corrected accordingly.

For the reasons set out, this civil application is allowed. Correction in the writ petition be carried out within 2 weeks.
