Petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent No. 5/Education Officer for grant of approval to his transfer from unaided to aided division and for including his name in the Shalarth Pranali.

Learned advocate for the respondent No. 5 on instructions submits that the respondent No. 5 would take decision on the proposal of the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

In view of such a statement, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 5/Education Officer to decide proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
