Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had made proposal for transfer of school to the petitioner. The proposal is positively recommended by the Education Ofcer to the Deputy Director of Education and from Deputy Director of Education to the Respondent No.1. The same is pending since August, 2019. The petitioner had made compliance of the defciencies also.

In case the proposal seeking transfer of the school to the petitioner is pending with respondent No.1, then respondent no. 1 shall decide the same on its own merits, preferably within six months. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
