1) The application is filed for condondation of delay of 347 days caused in filing application to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1-C on record. Notice on the proposed legal representatives was served but nobody has turned up. In view of the contents of the application and the submissions made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Permission is granted to bring the legal representatives on the record in the appeal. Amendment is to be carried out immediately.
