By these applications, the L.Rs. of the original claimants Shivaji Bapurao Jadhav and Dagadu Baliram More, pray for condonation of delay of 1862 days and 2696 days caused in bringing the L.Rs. on record. Both the First Appeals have been admitted vide order dated 11.08.2009. Since the Appeals were admitted, the L.Rs. were not in contact with the Advocates and as the Appeals became ready for final hearing, they realized, that L.Rs. will have to be brought on record.

Considering the above, these two Civil Applications are allowed without imposing costs. The L.Rs. be brought on record in the respective First Appeals within two weeks from today.

The learned Advocates waive notice on behalf these L.Rs. in the two First Appeals.

List the two First Appeals for final hearing on 16th June, 2022.
