PER COURT :- It is not a matter of dispute that, petitioner has presented an appeal to the Collector, against the order passed by the SubDivisional Officer, Partur, Dist. Jalna dated 15.9.2014 and the said appeal is pending. In the mean while, the Tahsidlar, Partur has issued an order on 3.1.2015, for handing over the land, which are subject matter of the dispute and it is informed that, the compliance of the order is expected by tomorrow. With a view to enable the petitioners to approach the appellate forum and to secure appropriate interim orders, it is directed to the Tahsildar, Partur, not to act upon the notice, issued

{2} wp 668.15.odt on 3.1.2015, for a period of one week from today. In the meanwhile, it would be open for the petitioner to approach the Collector and seek appropriate interim orders. The Tahsildar may proceed subject to the orders of the Collector, if any, in the pending appeal presented by the petitioner.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
