1) It appears that there was office objection that proper Court fees was not paid but the Court kept the point open and directed the office to register the suit. This order of the Court is challenged by the defendants. When it is open to the defendants to file application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, this Court is not expected to exercise writ jurisdiction at this stage. So the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
