Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the committee has referred the matter to vigilance in October - 2017. The report of the vigilance is not yet received. Upon getting the report of the vigilance, the committee would decide the matter.

We had passed the earlier order on the premise that vigilance is already conducted. The proceedings are pending since the year - 2013.

Considering the above, we pass the following order -

ORDER

I] The respondent No. 2 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding within three (3) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

II] The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 3rd April, 2018.

III] The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

IV] No further extension of time would be granted to the committee to decide the validation proceeding. 4.
