Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

It may not be necessary for us to refer to the details. Suffice to say that the petitioners were before this Court in earlier round of litigations. In earlier round of proceedings, the petitioners submitted representations to respondent Nos. 2,3 and 4 and last representation placed on record at Exhibit-F is of 6th October, 2018. The petitioner refers to the order passed by this Court on 12th July, 2016 in Writ Petition No. 6246 of 2015 as well as order of this Court dated 10th August, 2018 in Contempt Petition No. 167 of 2017 in Writ Petition No. 6246 of 2015.

As the application/representation dated 6th October, 2018 is pending before the authority for considerable period, the petitioners are are

(3) before this Court seeking directions to the respondents to decide the representation within stipulated period.

In view of above referred facts, the petition is disposed of, with directions to respondent No. 2 - Collector, Beed to decide the representation dated 6th October, 2018 as early as possible and not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order, needless to state that on its merits.

With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
