ORDER :

The application is filed for bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. 2.

The crime is registered on the basis of report given by father of deceased. Deceased was given in marriage to the son of applicant on 27.5.2012. There are allegations that deceased used to disclose that her husband, mother of husband i.e. present applicant and other relatives of husband were asking her to bring Rs. two lakh from her parents as they wanted to purchase the plot. Allegations are made that on that count, they were giving harassment to her. Allegations are made that worst treatment was given to her, but she was convinced somehow by her parents and she was sent back to her matrimonial house.

Cri. Appln. No. 256/15 She committed suicide in her matrimonial house by hanging herself on 7.12.2014.

Present applicant, mother in law, has been behind bars since 13.12.2014. In view of the nature of allegations made against the applicant, the material collected against her and the fact that it is not certain as to how much time will be required for disposal of the case after filing of the chargesheet, this Court holds that it is not desirable to keep the applicant behind bars till the disposal of the case.

In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant is to be released on bail on her furnishing PR ad SB of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand). She is not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses. She is not to enter the village of the complainant till the disposal of the case.
