The applicant prays for listing Writ Petition No. 2435/2009 for final hearing.

I find that the issue raised in the writ petition is very short. The Labour Court and the Industrial Court granted reinstatement to the applicant. The Industrial Court denied back S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2

2.CA.2801.16.doc wages to the petitioner-applicant. The petition is therefore filed only for seeking back wages. The respondent-management has not challenged the judgment of the Labour Court and the Industrial Court.
