Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The counsel submits that as the proposal for grant of approval was pending, the petitioner had approached this Court. It is now informed that a rejection order is passed. Accordingly the petitioner instructed the learned counsel for withdrawal of the petition. The learned counsel then submits that petition be permitted to allow to withdraw with liberty to challenge the rejection order. Allowed to withdraw with liberty as prayed for. (S. M. GAVHANE, J.)
