The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 17.02.2022. The Committee shall endeavour to decide the proceeding within a period of six months from today.

The respondents shall not withhold the mark-sheet of the petitioner only on the ground

(2) 955-wp-1163-2022 that, the validation proceeding is pending. The respondents shall not issue decree certificate to the petitioner unless petitioner produces the validity certificate. The petitioner shall not take benefit of reservation until petitioner gets validity certificate.
