A representation for couple convenience transfer is tendered by the Petitioner on 02/01/2024. The present Writ Petition is filed on the seventh day of the filing of a representation, i.e. on 09/01/2024.

In view of the above, we would not issue a Writ of Mandamus.

We call upon the Respondent/Zilla Parishad to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a period of 60 days, and if the Zilla Parishad concludes in favour of the

899.24wp (2) Petitioner, after perusing the entire record and on considering the feasibility, practicability and the vacancies available, effective orders may be passed, so as to be implemented for the next academic year June 2024-2025.
