Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3.

Mr.Kale, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed application for grant of rental compensation on 7.9.2016, however, the Respondents have not taken any decision upon the same. Mr.Kale, learned counsel submits that there is no appeal pending against the award.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the said application is pending then the authority would decide the same on its own merits.

In case the application filed by the petitioner Exh.(E) is pending with Respondent No.2 then the Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months. Upon decision being taken if it is held that the petitioners are entitled for rental compensation then the same shall be paid to the petitioners expeditiously within a period of six (6) months from the date of determination.
