According to the Petitioner, the process of selection and appointment to the Post of Center Head, has commenced. According to the learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad, preliminary information is being sought by the Headmasters with regard to the eligible persons. Petitioners' Representation dated 04.1.2024 is pending with the C.E.O. The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that on the third day of filing of a representation, this Petition has been filed. 3.

If a Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus is filed within three days of filing the representation, less said the better.
